Parmin Johar has been a practitioner of Yoga since 2014. She started her journey as a Practitioner of
Power Yoga. With a growing curiosity and an eagerness to further her Yoga Education, she went to
Mysore and studied Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of Sri BNS Iyengar. She believes in the power
of having a daily practice, and apply the meditative practices to live a harmonious life and takes a
keen interest in the knowledge of the self. With over 3 years of teaching experience, her classes are
a combination of Pranayama and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga focusing on alignment, balance, strength
and also, the therapeutic aspects of the practice.
